What is a flipbook and how are my custom flipbooks produced?
A flipbook contains a series of sequential photos that come to life when you quickly flip through them, 60 frames to be exact! The animation is captured within our mobile studio in the form of a 7 second video starring you and your guests. Then the clip is converted on the spot into an interactive booklet of 60 pages that guests can keep to instantly playback the fun.
How do I know if FlipFiesta is a fit for my event?
FlipFiesta is a great addition to any event where you would like to offer your guests a different experience from a photobooth. FlipFiesta’s on-site output is less than that of SnapFiesta’s photobooth due to the extra step of cutting and binding 3.5″ x 2″ books. In order to accommodate larger events, additional staffing is required to man the flipbook binding stations. Whatever the size, FlipFiesta will work with you to make flipbooks at your event a success.
Do you work at outdoor events?
The short answer is, yes! However, there are often more logistics to arrange with an outdoor event, so be sure to contact us so we can work out the details in advance.
What features do you offer to help personalize the flipbook experience?
In addition to the standard white background, we offer a broad selection of backdrops to choose from: solid colors, standout patterns, and custom background photos or videos with green screen. In addition to personalizing the studio environment, we can also bring a variety of fun props to the party and design custom book covers to match your event. How much space is needed and what other requirements do you have to setup FlipFiesta?
A typical setup requires a 10×10 area, though we can accommodate a variety of settings. We need two 6 feet tables and a small drink table for optimum operation. High ceilings are helpful, but we can work in tight spaces. A standard household outlet will do, as we don’t require a ton of electricity. However, it’s best if we are the only ones on a circuit.
Can the flipbooks be branded to support my event or corporate needs?
Yes, the flipbooks we produce for your event can be unique in several ways. We work with you to customize the flipbook cover, and can create fun sets that your guests will rave about for weeks. We can easily add your company logo and event details to the flipbooks and resulting videos.
How can guests view and share the videos?
Videos are saved in an online gallery on our website for public or private viewing after the event. Through our premium social media upgrade, FlipFiesta can upload videos instantly from the event to social media and email.
Is it possible to project videos in real time during the event?
As a premium add-on, we have the capability to project a live feed from the video booth to anywhere inside your event or simply onto an external monitor for viewing.
How long can FlipFiesta operate for at our event?
In most cases, our packages begin with an operation time of 3 hours, and we can accommodate full- and multi-day events, with one or more stations.
How long will it take to set up and break down?
It takes about 2 hours to fully set up and about one hour to break down.
Will there be a FlipFiesta attendant available on site?
A minimum of two FlipFiesta team members will always be there to assist guests and ensure the best service and operation possible.

I’m not planning an event. Can I simply request conversion services for my home videos?
