Brokechella 2015

SnapFiesta was at 5th annual Brokechella festival this past weekend. Held April 18th in the industrial Downtown Warehouse District of Los Angeles, Brokechella has 4 stages that hosts a variety of acts and musicians. Brokechella is put on by arts collective cARTel, which showcases several talented artists’ work. The crowd steps into a an urban hotspot for live music and art on display.

Puppychella!

Dog lovers rejoice because you can also bring your dogs with you to Puppychella! Dog vendors like Healthy Spot are all around the festival grounds. It wouldn’t be a great festival without delicious food! Brokechella had a wide array of options, from tacos to pudding trucks. I ended up scarfing down some tacos from Hang 10 Tacos Trucks.

50+ Artist and Musicians on 4 Stages

Each stage host a variety of different acts from hip hop to comedy routines. There is something for everyone! My favorite part was wandering between the buildings and alleys of  590 Santa Fe Avenue, watching the mood and music change each step. Dutch Party & Smoke Season were a couple of my favorite bands to watch. There is also live art performances: Artist Felicia Khong, aka feliFRESH, was onsite painting a music-themed mural. Lots of sweet vendors were insight like Beautiful Things LA and many more. We cannot wait to see what Brokechella has in store for 2016!

LAN Airlines @ LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal

In celebration of the new Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX in Los Angeles, LAN Airlines invited SnapFiesta to come party! The renovated international terminal was unveiled to the public as part of the LAX Appreciation Day, which also included entertainment, architecture, a multi-sensory media experience and even raffle prizes! There were thousands of people that came out to this public event, and our photo booth had a non-stop line for over 8 hours. Guests got to select from 4 images from popular South American destinations, such as Rano Raku, Iguaçu Falls and Galápagos Islands. Thanks again to LAN Airlines for letting us in on the fun!

REDF SoCal Expo @ Vibiana

REDF hosted its first ever SoCal Social Enterprise Expo this year and our Los Angeles photo booth market team was on hand to add to the guest experience. Over 200 leaders of the community in entrepreneurship, philanthropy, nonprofit, business, and government connected during the reception, which featured REDF’s portfolio, awards, prizes, food and drink. The event was held at the historical site Vibiana, a beautiful cathedral church, and the atmosphere was buzzing with inspiration and aspiration as attendants networked and celebrated REDF’s accomplishments in creating sustainable employment opportunities for individuals that have faced tremendous obstacles. We are proud to have lent a hand to helping recognize the hard-working activists at REDF and their partners.

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Grand Opening in Manhattan Beach

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf recently opened a new store in Manhattan Beach and Snap Fiesta was there to help capture the event and good times!

We took advantage of the great weather, and were able to have the photo booth set up outside.  The photos are a good indication of how excited everyone was of the new location!  Being family friendly, a lot of kids came out to try some delicious drinks.  They also had a great time posing for some fun-filled pictures!  Many using the drinks as photo props, proudly showed off the “I love CB” logo to the camera, while the background was the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf logo.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf generously offered $1 drinks and complimentary tea tastings to the guests who attended the grand opening.  They had everything from ice blended drinks, many tea or coffee combinations and hot cocoa.  Holiday flavors such as gingerbread, peppermint and red velvet were some holiday flavors that were enjoyed by many!
